How to tell the age of your baby chicks

I'm trying to tell the age of my baby chicks. Can anyone help me with this? I have uploaded a pic. Tto help.

Really I got mine a couple days ago and they looked like this. I asked the place I got them from and they said 1-2 weeks.
1-2 week olds will only have wing feathers for the most part. Most chicks are mostly feathered by 5-6 weeks of age.
 
Depends on how fast the breeds feather, in part. My Amberlink pullet was completely feathered (but for the head) at four weeks, while my Wyandottes were still missing most of their back feathers. Also depends on protein percentage of the feed. I'd guess 5 weeks.
