How to tell the gender of baby chicks

I have 4 chickens that are getting big they got their cone coming in but I’m having trouble telling which if a rooster and which is a hen can someone tell me how I can know which is a rooster and hen?

Usually around 7 weeks but sometimes earlier. Send in pictures and we'll all tell you!

First one looks like a cockerel, second pullet, third unsure but leaning towards cockerel and last pullet. Cute birds!
