How to tell when an egg has been scrambled..NOT in the bowl.

Can someone explain please, what to look for when candeling an egg before I set them.....to see if it has been scrambled in shipment or not? TIA
 
Most of mine that have been scrambled in shipping have totally detached aircells with little air bubbles all around it. I have NEVER had one of these hatch. The dogs enjoy them though.
