how to trim their beaks?

I need to do some trimming, I have a few aggressive females and an over zealous male and it's starting to hurt the other birds. I'm wondering how much to trim, will it bleed and if anyone has pictures of their birds post trimming. Any help would be great. Thanks

sorry im no help but maybe try a nail clipper and just take the tip of it so its not a point?

If you will hold the bird up to a light, you can see where the blood vein begins. Just clip the tip of the beak back right before the vein. I normally just trim the top beak only. This does seem to help keep them from getting a really firm grip on the other birds. At least until it grows back.
