How was your day?

mine was just dandy.

heres a recap:

went to check on the chickens where i was teased by the Mockingbird of Happiness who was hanging out in a nearby dead tree.

Then CrackerJax got all offended about something and asploded off her nest

so i took the opportunity to count. luckily she is only trying to hatch 6. score!

then i went to check on the cows and found a new calf:

checked on the rest of the herd and everyone was doing fine.

watched a cow picking her nose for a while. cow bugars are nastay.

my pet cow Agnes wanted some treats but i didnt have any for her.

found some verbena.

checked on the chickens somemore and was inspired to name this chick WayFastWhitey mostly b/c shes like superdooper fast but also because she's... well... white. (*hoping its a she)

and then i found half a squirrel.

and then what i believe to be the remains of an immature swamp ape in a sandpit.

then checked to see if my favorite heifer Claire had calved yet and she hadnt.

and now i'm eating a chili cheese dog. (oops too late to take a picture.)

Oh, such nice pics, well, except for the dead squirrel, and whatever the heck that other thing was!

I worked, and cleaned my house. I'm thankful to own my own home (in town though), and have a steady job that I love. All in all, a good day!

Oh yeah, and logged onto BYC a few times to boot!

Well, the Saints announced that they'd be staying in New Orleans until 2025 (

) and I got my teenytiny tax refund back (

), so that I can start work on my mini chicken tractor tomorrow. Plus, it was the last day of classes before finals (

). I'd say it was a good day!
