How would you clean this incubator?

I just got this from my nieghbor. The fan is dirty and I can't remove the screws. The heads are worn and most of them are tight. Can I rinse it out and blow dry it? Will I ruin the electrical parts?

I wouldn't get any type of liquid around that mother board just wipe it down where you can. If you have a air compresser use that for places you can't get other wise use it like it is.

Start by vacuuming, then I use canned air to loosen more, then vacuum again. Then I use a wetted cloth with hydrogen peroxide to wipe everything down inside and out.

Thank you..I was able to loosen the screws. Can I just hose vacum it and then wipe it down with a paper towel dampened with HP 3% and then let it dry? ..or should I also wipe off the HP after? I do not have canned air. I have a vacum and a blow dyer that can be used with or without heat.

Replace those screws so you don't have the same problem again. Brass generally last a bit longer than the cheap Chinese silver ones.
I bought a whole set of small screws. None of them fit. What is the common size for incubator screws if there is one?

I suspect they're all different, depending on where they're made. Threads per inch is one variable. There are metric screw sizes, as well. If you have an old one, you can go to pretty much any home improvement or hardware store, and they can tell you the size. A knowledgeable local hardware store would likely be best, if you have one nearby. I sure miss ours!

Thank you, my mistake trying to buy them on line. I'll take one of the screws to home depot and ask.
