Hello everyone! My name is Kyle, and so far I have found this site very interesting and helpful. I just got the news that I'll be able to move into my new residence at the end of the month, and since the place is on four acres of course I have to start getting some animals 
. Anyways, my roommate and I both want chickens(mostly for eggs) and since I am a poultry science major at Texas A&M Ive been placed in charge of the poultry department. As far as care and maintenance of a flock I am pretty well set, but I am pretty stumped on how to go about converting the space I have into a suitable run for chickens, as most of my education has centered on commercial raising, not backyard/free range stuff. But thats a thread for a different section
