HRIR's and BUFF Orpington's

I purchased 2 HRIR's and 2 Buff Orpington's. Reds are now 3mo.1 week and the Buff's are 2mo. and 3 weeks old When should the reds start to lay and when should the buffs lay start to lay?? Can anyone help me ??

I found this:
Female chickens are called pullets for their first year or until they begin to lay eggs. For most breeds, around 20 weeks is a typical age for the first egg.
