HUGE egg today!

I was really suprised to find this in the nest today. I've had some huge eggs before but this is rediculous. I don't have a scale so not sure how many ounces, but it's next to an egg that doesn't even fit into a jumbo carton. It is over 4 inches.

That is a big egg. How many eggs do you get a day and how many chickens do you have?

Those eggs are not all from today. I don't wash eggs until the day they are being sold. I have 11 hens and get 10-11 eggs a day.

I am always shocked to find those huge eggs. All I can say is OUCH!
