I actually can't remember the name of them off the top of my head. My grandfather hatched and gave them to us. I'll ask him, but in the mean time, I'll post a picture and if anyone knows, please tell me!

Is she laying double yolkers all the time or just once in a while? 

I'm getting them about once a week. She'll usually skip a day on laying and then I'll get a really big one.
