HUGE poop

So I noticed my hen having huge droppings today. I saw that she laid an egg today and I’m wondering if she held her poop in because she didn’t want to soil the nesting box? There was another dropping similar to the one in the second picture, but my hen stepped on it before I could take a picture . It looks like cecal poop to me. What do you guys think?

How old is bird, in months?

PS.....always put something in the pic for scale, like a quarter.

oh, that's nothing! I have girls poop large ones in the run after I let them out and BOY O BOY, BIGGIES!!! almost egg size! LOL!!! Read about poop in this forum, and most poop is normal, I am not freaking out anymore. So many different shapes, sizes, and colors that are normal!!!
