HUGE WEIGHT off our shoulders!~

I havent been THIS relieved and happy in I dont know how long.

We contacted HopeNow over a month ago to see what, if anything we could do to help with the mortgage we have with WF. My getting laid off and my dh getting more taken from his paycheck has made paying the bills hard and we have fallen behind some. HopeNow sent the info to WF. We got a letter a few weeks ago from them stating they had recieved the info and were looking at it yada yada. Anyway.

I just got off the phone with a WF adjuster and they have cut our monthly mortgage payment in HALF for 6 months! What they are going to do is put the other half of the payments and the amount we are behind on the end of the loan. And In October they are going to rework the entire mortgage. The payments will NOT go higher than what they are now.

So. I have the part time 8 week job starting Monday(if it doesnt rain) AND the summer wil be that much less stressful. AND I was/ have been looking for a full time permanent job for the fall already.

The stars are aligning! Everything is going to be alright. My home is safe!
