Humidity for GQF incubator

I have a GQF cabinet incubator that I am going to hatch bantam chicken eggs however I don't know what the humidity should be. Does anyone know what it should be?

I typically do the "dry hatch" method and don't add any humidity during incubation until hatching. search that topic here on byc and you get alot of info on it.

The incubator has a 5 gallon bucket on top that you fill with water. Do I need to disconnect that?
