Humidity keeps rising

I'm not a fan of the term "lockdown". It started as a way to keep anxious people sitting on their hands and not fiddling with the hatch but seems to have grown to this unyielding structured event that it is not.

The event is hatching and time prior incubating. There are two things that must be done prior to hatching; take out the turner and raise the humidity. That's it. You can stop turning after two weeks. We keep it going to combine raising humidity and removing turner into one event to keep it simple. The day 18 is used to incorporate bantam eggs and early hatches that can start day 19. The day is not set in stone unless you know your equipment. In reality you could wait until you see an egg wiggle then fill a trough or two with warm water. The turner should be taken out before that, anytime from 14th to 18th day.

Thank you that's useful to know. The incubator we have isn't clear, it's kind of frosted so you can't really see the eggs at the moment. If I take out a level and stop turning I'll be able to see the eggs. I was mainly concerned for the 2 eggs I have that are a couple days behind as they joined the main batch a couple days later. But its been 2 weeks today so they should be alright to stop turning then yeah?

What do the air cells look like? Have to compared them to a chart to make sure they are large enough? If they are looking good 74% humidity is absolutely fine for hatching time.

I took this photo yesterday (day 16) is this kind of air cell normal? The chick is alive, moving and there are veins still...

The air cell looks like it has drawn down so that looks like a baby about to internally pip. Day 16 is quite early so you'll have an early bird (though it may still take a couple of days to start hatching). You may see the membrane flexing on one sloping side which is the chick trying to break through. :fl Good luck!
