Humidity levels

I’m incubating a dozen eggs right now and going into my second week, what should my humidity levels be at?
I’ve been trying to keep it at about 50% but I’ve been struggling!

whatever it needs to provide proper air cell development before lockdown for hatching (look for pictures by day). I start dry and only add water once achieving proper air cell or time for lockdown.

candle your eggs as you might be struggling the wrong way (i.e. trying to bring it up when you need to bring it down or vice versa)

Read up on different incubation techniques. I dry incubate and it usually runs between 35-45%, can drop down to high 20's. Just checked my current batch and the humidity is 28%. Agree with candling and checking the air cell size as a best way to determine where YOUR eggs need to be.
