humidity problems

My eggs are on day 18 and i moved them into my hatcher this morning. I am having issues with the humidity since i turned it on! My reading has not been less than 90 on two hydrometers in a week! I have all the vent holes open! Any ideas on how this will effect the eggs and how I can lower it?
