Just wondering can a very high humidity be bad or do damage to the chicks??

I have 24 eggs in lockdown now and dont want to see anymore fullyformed chicks inside!!

So if i could bring the humidity to about 90, would it be better for the eggs/chicks?? (currently at 70)

It seems very high to me.

I have my humidity 35 to 40 for the first 18 and then 45 to 50 for the last 3.

High humidity will not allow the egg to loose the proper amount of fluid for chick growth.

If the humidity is that high, you WILL DROWN the chicks. Try to keep the humidity between 25 and 40% for the first 18 days, then kick it up to 60% for the last 3 days.
