The first week if its high dont worry, just make sure that your vents are open for the excess to be released, if you have a fan even better,
there is an excellent sticky on this, with a great explanation of the 'dry incubation' method, I strongly reccommend reading it,
one thing that is left out of all the discussions that I have seen on humidity in incubators is what is the ambient room/outside humidity?
This has a strong effect on how fast the incubator will moderate humidity. The ideal humidity will be above 30% and under 50% outside, and about 35% in the room. An incubator with a fan is best as it will move the air and around. Temp of 95 degrees for the first 18 days and creep it up to 99 degrees. Some folks use an incubator and a 2nd one as a hatcher, I never have but those who have them swear bu them, I have a GQF Hovabator with fan and egg turner and get good results from it, it may take a hatch or two for you to find what works best, if the hatch is under 85% I'd be concerned and see what is going on that needs to be changed.
Do read the sticky on incubating, its excellent.
