Hello again - third post today! This is my first hatch and 2 have hatched; 2 have big holes; and the other 2 are pipped. I have noticed though that the humidity keeps raising slightly to 71% then it will drop to 69/70: is this normal due to the two living chicks in the incubator? Or should I compensate by turning down the humidity (I have a Sumo20 R Com)

Yes, it is normal. As chicks hatch humidity will rise. Congrats on fuzzy butts

yet stressful! Do I need to adjust the humidity or do I just leave well alone?
