humidity to high 66%

hi all long time reader but just joined iv bought a incubator and duck eggs read up for a while before doing it the only think i didnt check was my local humidity which is 79% iv managed to get it down to 65% but cant go lower will this still be to high for ayslbury duck eggs any advice would be great thanks in advance

Yeah too high for the aircell to develope

What incubator are you using?

more vents will lower humidity The heat the bator makes burns the humidity up but it needs a way to excape
 
Is your local temperature also high? 66% is the value in the incubator, right? What about the room the incubator is in? Your room humidity can't be that high unless your outdoors temperature is also very warm.
 
its just a hdd incubator cheep Chinese 48 egg one dosnt have vents but i think i might have solved it if i put a pencil under the lip of the lid its dropped down to 45% which is better same temp thanks for the info didnt realise about the vents thankyou
