I’m on day 18 of hatching all 10 eggs are fertile. The problem is I have the janoel 12 incubator and it’s pretty unpredictable in the humidity section. I put 1/3 cup of water in the bottom today (day18) and closed it. In a matter of 30 minutes it shot up to 94% humidity I’m worried now. Do you guys think this ok? What can I do to help it steady? Any tips? Should I even be worried?

Prop open the lid for a few minutes or take out some water.
A half hour of high humidity isn't going to kill the chicks in eggs.

Yep, get the humidity out by opening it up. I know it is "lockdown" but that's made up by humans, not chickens. Mama birds still leave the nest daily to poop and eat through "lockdown". So a half hour to an hour of open time to get right is more than reasonable.
