humidity

how much humidity is too much. I am getting 75-80 % with a damp rag but if I remove it it drops to 25%. What should I be aiming for

during lockdown or incubation?

25% isnt bad for incubation. I dry incubate and its usually around there. For lockdown i stay between 65 and 70. 80% is getting a little high. Its better to be lower than higher.
