Hummingbird feeder recipe?

I'm sorry if this isn't the place but I didn't think it would fit in the food section either....Does anyone have one that you can make with ingredients from home? Much appreciated...I've heard from three people they are out and I'd like to feed them since food is probably scarce right now due to weather.

Thank you! This is just awesome. I have been leery to use red food coloring like the site says "been known to be harmful" to humans.
