Minnie is our girl who started showing signs of a humped back about 4 days ago. We at first thought she was egg-bound, so we brought her in, gave her yogurt and tums, an epsom bath and then isolated her to the garage in a dog crate. She passed a large blog of stool, and has since laid 2 perfectly normal eggs. However, the humped back and droopy tail remain. She's eating and drinking and acting normal otherwise.

What else could this be? The flock receives laying crumbles and pellets, and they free range most of the day. We got her, along with 7 other chicks, in early August 2018 from our local farm and garden center. You can see her "twin" sister with her in the first picture.

I could really use some help if anyone has any experience. New chicken mom here.
Thank you for your patience! Welcome To BYC:frow

Is there a cockerel in the mix?
Photos of her poop?
Since she is eating/drinking, laying eggs and acting normal, then I would just keep watch on her. I don't know what else to tell you, she's not really presenting with any concrete symptoms of illness.

Could be from an injury or possibly even a developmental disorder.

Thank you! I'll keep a close eye on her. She's acting so normal I thought maybe I was losing my mind or seeing things! Ha!
