i have a bantam cochin egg that shlda hatched 2 days ago with the rest it pipped 2 days ago the hole has gotten a lil bigger and the egg is always shaking so i know he is still trying hopefully it makes it out

Wait for it. I have it going on too. I've done this all my life, it can come together for you on day 25. I have 7 bo's 2 are out. 1 started to pip around 3:00pm but some zip late. Take a deep breath and "Wait for it, wait for it" Crossing my fingers for ya!
