Hurt chick

Saturday I brought home from my parents house 2 chicks that were getting picked on and limping badly. One died the first night and the other is still going. I'm able to get her to eat and drink but she is sitting back on her butt with legs out front. She won't put any weight on them. Here she is. What should I do any hope??is she suffering? Should I end things so she isn't hurting?

Oh and I've been checking her vent and it's clear but she worn her butt down to no fuzz or feathers
