I'm pretty new to this and I just introduced my new chicks into the coop with the chickens, I've read the best time to do this is while they are sleeping and put in obstacles so they don't get hurt, did this a few days ago. However, one of the chicks has been attacked to the point where I'm not sure how to treat it. I've tried to clean the wound the best I can but since it's a head wound I don't wanna press to hard on it and of course she keeps crying. Any suggestions would be greatful. She is eating and drinking, just not sure what to put on her wound.

Welcome to BYC. Oh poor girl. She needs her own cage right now. I would clean the wounds with weak betadine and dry them. Then apply Neosporin or other antibiotic ointment daily. Get some BluKote spray (it's messy so be careful) to spray on the wounds once they start to heal. That will dry them up and disguise the redness. You really need to gradually introduce new chickens with a barrier and their own feed and water inside the coop for at least a week. Here is what I use that can be turned upside down for chicks or older girls, and I put netting on top to keep out the meanies:

Thank you so much for your help. I have her inside the house in her own little tote right now. And I'm off to the store to buy the things you've suggested. Thank you again!

You're welcome. You may need to keep an eye out for a real bully later. She may need to be put in isolation for a few days to decrease her standing in the flock. The hurt pullet's head feathers will take a few weeks to re-grow, so keep her head BluKoted until the feathers are back in.
