pls help

If it's an open wound, just keep it clean, apply antibiotc ointment, and reduce her roaming space ("cage rest" - no bedding, just newspaper). Should be better in no time.
As for the one that's "too tall for her body", what breed is she? Don't have any suggestions for that one!

answer some questions
(a how high is the place they roost?
(B did it jump down and get a bumble foot hard knot on bottom of foot?
(C what is the breed?
(D what k9ind of conditions do you keep them in?
(E do they free range?

actually the only thing I can think of is bumble foot
a bruise to the foot pad and now it has pus in it

check the bottom of the foot carefully..look for any sore, splinter , swelling, heat or scab.
also check between the toes.
check for damaged or missing toe nail.
if you find any sore or scab, or raised area..it is Bumblefoot as Miss Glenda posted.
this is usually a staph infection..follow the link she posted for info and treatment.
Bumblefoot can be very serious and can cripple the bird, so it's important to treat quickly.

in the meantime, keep her in a safe, warm, draft free, confined area with fresh food and water, soft clean bedding..so she can rest the foot.

are you sure it's the foot? and not maybe a sprain?
