My hen, cinnamon, has been roosting nearly all day, normally she’d have laid an egg by now but she hasn’t gotten off the roost and it’s already 11:26am, she’s normally off by 6-8am, she walks slowly and doesn’t run away from me at all like she used too, she’s all puffed up too and when I take her off the roost she just stands there all puffed up, she has has a patch of featherless skin but she always has this so I figured it was something related too egg laying, she’s also really sleepy, could she be depressed or sick? I know she’s not broody cause she’s roosting, not in the nest.

Update!
I looked closer and realized her foot looks a little swollen, is it or am I just paranoid?

It looks swollen to me. Maybe a little bruising across the top of the foot(?)
The bottom of her foot - hard to see, is it puffy with a scab or is that just some dirt?

Sounds like she's self limiting activity, but if it's bruised, you can give her short daily 10 minute soaks in an warm epsom salts bath to help with swelling.
I leave my birds with the flock, even when injured unless they are getting picked on. I do not give any pain relief like aspirin.

She may need help getting onto and off the roost every day for a while so she doesn't injure it further. May have been the reason she stayed on the roost.

See that she's able to get to food/water.

I moved her off the roost again cause she can’t get down by herself, she can get up by herself.
There is no scabbing and she doesn’t have a limp or anything, I’ve felt it gently before squeezing a bit more and she had no reaction.
Is it possible the rooster got into a fight with her? He’s still young but what if he got her foot?
That’s the only injury I could find so far, and I would do the epsom salt bath but our hot/warm water was turned off for two days cause we’re getting our boiler switched.
When I set her down she has her nesting box, water bowl and food bowl

I would continue to take her down each morning and see how it goes. If it's bruised, then it can take a while to feel better.

Hard to know how she injured it. Watch behaviors and see if the cockerel is stressing the hens too much. Sometimes if space is limited, they can be a pain, but mature hens usually keep them in check for a while. If he's stressing them too much, he may need to be penned separately until he matures.

The rooster is terrified of my hens, I’ve seen him chasing garlic down once when she was alone but he got chased off by the others.
I don’t want to take him away for too long or else he might become aggressive towards them, he gets along fine with the hens he grew up with but cause of the few month age gap I kept them separated for quite awhile growing up.
For now they’re all free range, just until we get the fence up.
