Hurt Legs

I left my quails out in their pen for awhile like I do everyday. When one came back in she had injured both of her legs. Should I do anything?

Those don't look too bad. Is she limping? If not, I would make sure the scrapes are clean and otherwise leave her alone. If she is limping I would put her in a warm, isolated place for a couple of days.
