Hydromiter?!

OK so now I have 3 thermomiters in the bator.
One is the one that came with the hova that reads 100 degrees
Then we have the springfeild that reads 99.8 degrees
Then I got the accurite today and it reads 103 degrees!!!!!!!!

Which one do I belive?!!?!?!?!?!?!

Are they all at the same level in the bator. That will account for the difference if they are not.
