Hygrometer for Brinsea Mini Advanced

So tge Brinsea mini advanced doesnt come with a hygrometer... Should i buy one? I hear that this incubator holds humidity very well but I know little to nothing about hatching... Could i just refill the middle part with water every time it empties or would that not work? Thanks

I would buy a hygrometer just to be safe. They are pretty cheap, I get mine on amazon, and I get the digital hygrometer/thermometer combo for about $15.

I have the mini advanced and don't use a hygrometer, had 100% hatch rate with no problems. Just keep the water topped off daily.
