Hygrometers and Thermometers

I was wandering around the web looking for mini hygrometers with temperature for checking incubators. It dawned on me, that if you don't trust the one that came with the incubator, why do you trust the one your testing with.
Well, I thought it would make a good topic here on BYC.

Here's one I found on ebay, but it looks kind of simple, so I don't know if i would trust it.
What do you use in your incubator?
