Found one of my turkeys in the pool almost dead. He had agonal breathing and his flesh and beak were very pale. I pulled him from the water and dried him with a towel as best I could. I then blew dry most of his feathers with a blow dryer. I keep the blow dryer back far enough so I wouldn't burn his skin. I tried not to warm him too quickly. He still feels very cool, but is no longer cold. He is pinking up a bit and is starting to shiver.

I am not sure if I want him shivering and causing further muscle damage which could damage his kidneys. Or if I should warm him faster? This is just a meat bird and there is no way I am taking him to a vet. Just looking for some other insight.
