Yes, it is a cockerel, in my opinion. I see male specific feathering coming in, and the hackle is very long and full.

Bugger it, I was getting so excited about green eggs The kids will be sad, we already have wayyyyy too many boys that have stayed. Marshmallow has always been an ahole though… Biter even as a weeny chick

We have a Marshmallow too! Ours is pretty nice though Your boy is really pretty but sadly no green eggs from that one
