Tje one on the foreground looks more Runner-ish, looking at the shape of its head, slope of the bill, and slenderness of the neck. But I agree with others: they are Runners.

Runners are such precious ducks and hatchery stock is not going to be like show Runners they will stand upright but not exactly as straight up as the show quality ones. Mine will really stand straight up bowling pin when alerted to something. They still stand upright but they are not show quality mine are eggs from Metzers stock.
