I’m pretty sure I have a roo, but would like your opinion

I have a 4 weeks old Silver Laced Wyandotte. This one has a redder comb and waddle. I’m pretty sure she is a he but, would like some opinions on it. I have two silver laced Wyandottes, and two Blue laced Golden Wyandotte’s. The one in the picture is the only one that has the red comb and waddle. I live inside the city limits and the city doesn’t allow roosters.
Your opinion will help in what my next step will be.

My suspicion was correct.
Thank you. My next step is to find a good home for him.
