I am getting 5 Broad Breasted Whites on Saturday!!!

I need your help!! My husband has agreed to take five 10 weeks old BBW (Broad Breasted Whites). They are all girls and we will pick them up on Saturday. I am still new to having chickens, but am anxious to learn about turkeys

I am getting their coop ready. I have the shavings on the floor and the water bucket is in place. My DH will be building the feeder and the roost. I went to the feed store to pick up Purina Show Chow Grower/Finisher feed. (This is what the owner of the turkeys is feeding them now) The feed store's owner told me that I could just feed them the Eggmaker pellets. True?

Also I am going to soak some tennis balls in ammonia. How long do they need to soak and do I just put them throughout the coop?

Eventually I plan to let the poults in with my 8 chickens.
Any other pearls of wisdom you can lay on me, please do. I am all ears!
