I am in desperate need of help!

Hello all. I’m new so this is my introduction but I also really need help. I had two silkie babies hatch with splayed leg 3 days ago. I have their legs taped together with vet wrap but they aren’t even able to extend their legs all the way. I’ve read things about tendons being out of place and having to pop them back in. Please please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
