I only have a poor quality blue rooster (gold in the hackles) with a wheaten and a blue wheaten hen. I'm getting mostly blues, but with off color in the hackles. If you want some nice purebred stock, I would go to www.chickhatchery.com it's John Blehm's website. I'm planning to order from him in the spring. But if you just want some pretty blue easter eggers, and don't mind off colors in the bird, I will have eggs available when the girls start to lay again.
