I have not been in here for a couple of years.. and I used to see a man make chicken stock by roasting all parts of the chicken with veggies, then cook all of it in a large pot for I believe it was a couple of day.. I can't find his post. can anyone help me????? thank you [email protected]
It was started by frugal - who was one of my favorite "teachers" on this site. He always had good informatin to share.
If the link doesn't work, do an advanced search using Keyword "Chicken Stock" and user FRUGAL. use the quotes or it will find every post where he uses the word chicken or stock. That is how I found it. I think the title of the thread is Chickens: chicken stock .
