Hi everyone! My name is Tabatha and I am struggling to understand this site! I am from a small town near Johnstown, PA. BYC is for duck lovers too, correct? I have no chickens, but own 2 young mallards who created a family and now I have 12 ducklings! I need a lot of advice and knowledge on owning ducks! Thinking about getting chickens in the spring....

Anyone who wants to help me out, I'd be glad!

Welcome to BYC, Tabatha. Glad you decided to join our flock. Yes, we have lots of duck owners here at BYC. Definitely post on our Duck section under Other Backyard Poultry in the Forum at the top of the page. Also, check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is lots of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Cheers.

Definitely check out the forums the other members have mentioned. I think you will find both of them helpful. Good luck!

, so glad you have joined us.

Feel free to ask questions, we're here to help.

It is somewhat overwhelming at first, but you'll find your way around by exploring.

Here's a link to help you get familiar with BYC: post #1

Loads of duck folk here try putting "Duck thread," in the search box, it's usually the quickest way to find something. Welcome to Backyard chickens. The Learning Center has a lot of information and covers other poultry as well.
