I'd be afraid that they would eat it. Of course, they'd only do it once so it could be a good life lesson. Educational soap.
My nieces always smell like sweaty little kids after a hard day at play. I'm pretty sure there's no marketing potential in "Sweaty Little Kid Soap" though. They are girls, so something sweet and soft, I guess (if only to inspire them). Have you tried flower scents other than lavender? Roses or honeysuckle or hyacinth... I'm trying to think of what smells the strongest in my garden. Truthfully, if it's pink and sparkley they aren't really going to care what it smells like. They are pretty single minded about the pink, sparkliness of things.
Got anything that makes them smell like sweet, good-natured, well-mannered little angels? You could make millions!
In the meantime I'll suck it up and share my oatmeal/almond and goat's milk/oatmeal with them. Darnit.
