Hi I am new to this forum and also a new Turkey owner. I got my Etta James from a local feed store for free because she was being pecked on by the other babies, they had pecked half of one wing off. So they put blue kote on her wing and sent her home with me. She has healed very nicely and is even starting to sprout feathers! I love my Etta James! I think she has imprinted on me as well she is very attached to me! But last night i noticed blood in her stools and she has also started having watery stools! I am very worried! I googled it and found this forum and from what i have read the watery stools and blood are the only two signs of coccidiosis. So is this the culprit or is it her food or something else? I am so worried! I am feeding her the same food my friends feed their baby chicks. And she gets access to water all day. Thank you for any advice you can lend!

Bloody poo can actually be normal, depending on age. Something about the lining of the intestine.... Anyway, if you are still worried, you can give her Corid, which helps with cocci. Also, not all chick feeds are created equal. If you don't have medicated feed, then your chick is at a higher risk. The 'medicine' on it is called Amprolium, which helps with Cocci.
If you want, you can also give her some Save-A-Chick product. It comes in Probiotics (which works in the gut) and Electrolytes (which should give her an energy boost). They come in small, square packets at your local feed store.

Welcome to BYC! Can you post some pictures of her poop?

Thank you for your advice! I am heading to the feed store today to get her medicated food!
Medicated feed WILL NOT TREAT coccidiosis. To treat it you will need amprolium liquid or powder in the water. Look for Corid, AmproMed, or Amprol. Look in the poultry section and the cattle section.

As casportpony says, the medicated feed will not help! Skip it and get some Corid. I use the powder at 1 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. I had 1 pullet die very quickly from this. But the Corid turned the others around very quickly. The Corid will not hurt, and if I was in your situation that is what I would do. You can put her on probiotics, sav a chik, after her Corid treatment is done. Good luck
