I blew out and froze some goose eggs into ice cube trays....how many "cubes" equals one chicken egg?

I mixed this batch with sugar for baking. I've got another 9 to blow out and freeze (some with salt for homemade pasta...yum!)

So, does anyone have what an "average" chicken egg is supposed to weigh? Or who out there freezes and uses ice cube frozen eggs? Do I use 2 or 3 per recipe egg?

One large chicken egg weighs 57g and is about 3 Tblsp.
