I candled my eggs 3 days and 12 hours after the starting of the incubation, are they ok? (pictures included)

I'm thinking only one of the eggs is not ok, should I increase the temp? are they growing slower than they should?

Looks like there are some veins, but the pictures have a weird, almost animated, color to them, so it's hard to tell for certain.

They look good, only one looks weak.
