I can't find my bantam eggs

My hens have been making nests outside of their coop and I can't find my bantam's eggs. I have heard that they will sometimes bury their eggs, is that true? Any information that could help me find them is appreciated.

Have you considered keeping them in the coop for a while until they learn to use the nesting boxes?
