I logged in earlier and it was a full capacity but I haven't got in since. I thought it was just full-what happened? I left for awhile and have not got back in.

There's a 10 or so person limit on the chat because it is resource sucking application and will slow things down if too many people are in it. That wouldn't be so good if it broke the site's resource limit since then we might lose the chat feature.
