I can't stop crying

My favorite one yr old chicken Cluck is dead! She was running and eating treats this morning and then I saw her under the trees about 20 minutes later and she was dead. Her rear end looked like it had :"come out" and was hanging there, it looked like a giant hemorroid or something. What happened? She did not act the least bit ill this monrning. I am so sad

I wonder why? She had been laying ok, and she didn;t act distressed at all this morning
