I can't take it anymore!! What does DH mean??

I keep seeing DH and DW and DS, DBF, DD and others.
I have looked around to see if the explanations are listed anywhere, but can't seem to find them.
which leads me to believe that i am a complete moron.

can anyone help me please??

For some reason people on here don't like to spell out words like husband, daughter, etc. So they abbreviate EVERYTHING.

The first D always stands for "dear", I think.

The second letter stands for husband, wife, son, boyfriend, daughter, etc.

It's not like we are paying by the letter so I don't know why everyone does it.
